Lars is Chief Executive Officer at Redeploy

Lars started his IT career in 2000 as a C#, C++, and Java developer. He spent several years working with Quality Assurance and on a Test Automation tool before moving more into Test Management and strategy.

After a long stretch focusing on technically hands-on work, Lars worked in multiple roles, including Team Manager, Sales Exec, and Project Manager, where his flare for leading both projects and teams became apparent.

In 2014, Lars was offered the opportunity to become the CEO of a QA-focused subsidiary. He began with no employees and built the company from the ground up, which was challenging yet rewarding. However, after five years at this company, Lars decided he needed a new technical direction while sticking to his strengths (people management, leadership, and organization).

Lars joined Redeploy in 2019 as CEO and took on many responsibilities, including client meetings, aspects of sales, heavy involvement in recruitment, and organization & strategy related to marketing, law, finances, etc.

• Lars loves cooking and is a big "foodie," claiming to have five different types of salt in his kitchen (we didn't even know there were five types?!)
• He doesn't like administration (we think you might be in the wrong job there, Lars)
• And he is a professional yoga instructor.
