Cloud Solutions Architect – Cloud Platform

Erik is a Cloud Solutions Architect focusing on Automation.

Erik began in the IT industry seven years ago as a System Technician - Installing Java servers and MySQL databases on-prem at the customer site. After a short while, he became more interested in Cloud and soon worked 100% with Amazon Web Services.

For the last five years, Erik has been designing and automating the set-up of highly available microservices in AWS.

Erik believes everything can and should be automated (a value shared by the rest of the team here in the Redeploy Group) and will now join us in our quest to TAKE OVER THE WORLD... with automation, of course.

Main techs: AWS, Linux, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code

  • Erik loves strategy games and investing in the stock market (risky business there, Erik)
  • Dislikes having to go clothes shopping.
  • And his hidden talent is that he makes the best scrambled eggs (we'll hold you to that!).
