Operations Engineer – Redeploy Run

Jens is an Operations Engineer focusing on Automation, Monitoring, DevOps Tooling, and AWS.

Jens has worked in IT for over three years after a long career within the Security industry. He was always interested in technology, so IT was a natural switch when he wanted a career change.

He began in tech doing an internship within DevOps/Infrastructure, working with scripting, Ansible, VMware, and storage systems. For the last three years, he has worked for a private cloud provider dedicated to PCI-DSS. His primary focuses at this company were Automation, Monitoring, and Linux.

Main Techs: Linux, Terraform

  • Jens loves Yrkeshögskolan (which gave him the opportunity to change his career later in life) and American/fantasy football.
  • He dislikes penguins that kill
  • He also spends some of his free time helping his wife deliver cakes from her cake studio.
