
Kicks, punches & -87°C
The other day, a group of us from the Stockholm office decided to try something new together – a Muay Thai class! 🥊
It was a lot of fun (and a lot of sweat). We learned some basic punches and kicks, and even did a bit of sparring. Luckily, no one got hurt – and yes, we’re all still friends!
After the workout, we tried cryotherapy – for those who haven’t heard of it, it’s when you stand in a super cold freezer (-87°C!) for a few minutes. It’s supposed to have some nice health effects. We can confirm: it was very cold… but wow, what an energy boost!
A big thanks to everyone who joined – we might have sore muscles, but we’re definitely doing this again!
