CloudOps Engineer
We usually respond within a week
Looking for a place where you can challenge yourself, build serious tech and have a good time doing it?
At Redeploy, we design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last.
What sets us apart is the way we work. Curiosity runs deep here, as does the drive to keep learning and sharing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration and high technical standards, and where people genuinely care about doing things well. For our clients. And for each other.
What you’ll do
As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you’ll be part of our Operations team, which takes long-term responsibility for keeping our customers’ cloud platforms stable, secure and well-structured. You’ll work hands-on to maintain and improve these environments and ensure that the service levels we commit to are met.
Your day-to-day work includes monitoring and troubleshooting live environments, resolving incidents and carrying out updates and changes in a safe and controlled way. You also look beyond the immediate issue by leading root cause analysis when needed and using automation and Infrastructure as Code to make operations more reliable and efficient over time.
You’ll collaborate closely with your teammates at Redeploy rather than sitting on-site with customers, and you may act as a point of escalation when more complex situations arise. The role also includes taking part in our rotating on-call schedule one week at a time, with additional compensation and one day of leave afterwards.
What you’ll grow into
This role gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Cloud Operations in an environment where learning happens naturally through solving meaningful challenges together. You’ll be surrounded by engineers who care about doing things properly and enjoy discussing approaches, trade-offs and improvements.
Working across both Azure and AWS allows you to refine and broaden your technical judgement. And if you want to pursue certifications or explore specific areas in more depth, we’ll support that. Development here is driven by collaboration, curiosity and technical craft.
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who values reliability and takes ownership of your work. You approach problems calmly and systematically, communicate clearly and collaborate well with others. Structure, documentation and service-mindedness come naturally to you, and you’re comfortable supporting both customers and teammates in day-to-day operations.
Because much of the support and collaboration with customers happens in both Swedish and English, fluency in both languages in speech and writing is essential.
What experiences you bring
- A couple of years of hands-on experience working in Cloud Operations, DevOps or a similar role
- Experience operating environments in Azure or AWS, preferably both
- Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid scripting skills in for example Bash, PowerShell or Python
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, metrics and tracing to maintain healthy environments
- Awareness of cost management, security considerations and change management practices
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Certifications are not required, but we’re happy to support you if you want to pursue them.

Let’s break it down. "Redeploy" means to move or rearrange something for a better purpose. When we launched, the term wasn't really a thing in the data/IT world. Now, it's all about taking what's already there and setting it up somewhere better. That's exactly what we do—help our customers spot opportunities and redeploy them into smarter, stronger solutions.
