Francisca Andersson is our Talent Acquisition Manager, with a rich background in recruitment and talent acquisition within the IT and Tech industries.

She holds a degree in HR from Stockholm University and began her career as a recruitment consultant at Randstad. Francisca has worked extensively in recruitment and consulting. For the last year, she has been a vital part of Kindred Group, focusing on hiring exceptional talent in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering.

What drew her to Redeploy was the company's cutting-edge work in Data, AI, and Cloud solutions and the exciting journey the company is on, where she aims to create and build outstanding candidate and employee experiences.

  • Francisca loves traveling, discovering new places, trying new foods and restaurants, and laughing at stand-up shows. A recent hobby she's taken up is cold bathing during winter.
  • Francisca dislikes onions — a lot.
