What you'll do
You’ll be part of our Strategy team, guiding organisations through technology-driven change with a focus on making strategy executable. Your work centres on clarifying priorities, shaping direction and ensuring that cloud, data and AI initiatives create measurable impact rather than remaining conceptual ambitions.
You're involved before the engagement exists. You help shape how projects are scoped and won, contributing in sales and RFP stages where the problem is still being defined. Once work kicks off, you're often the one driving it forward: owning delivery, managing stakeholders and making sure things don't stall.
Our teams build and scale platforms on Azure, AWS and Databricks. Your role is to define how those investments land in practice — staying close to both strategic framing and delivery realities, aligning leadership with engineering, and deepening client relationships beyond a single engagement.

Building cloud and data foundations that enable analytics and AI at scale
Modernising enterprise data estates and reducing reliance on legacy platforms
Framing governance and roadmaps for responsible AI adoption
Designing operating models that align engineering, product and leadership needs
The bar for what "done" means here is high: measurable outcomes, not slide decks.

You're drawn to environments where things are moving fast and direction isn't fully set. AI is reshaping how enterprises operate, and you want to be the one helping shape that trajectory, not watching from the sidelines.
What you bring
Technical background (e.g. data engineering, cloud, architecture, analytics) with the ability to connect technology choices to business outcomes
Experience in consulting or advisory roles, supporting clients through technology-driven change in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. You bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complex decisions
Confident communicator who adapts messaging across engineering, product and leadership audiences
Strong plus: hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs or GenAI strategy; data platform modernisation; cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), experience in regulated industries, prior consulting experience, Swedish language skills.

In-depth interview
Next, you'll meet the manager for the area. Together, you'll go deeper into how we work, what kind of assignments you'd be involved in and what the day-to-day actually looks like. It's also a chance for both sides to assess the match: background, way of working and team fit.
Skills interview
This is where we look more closely at how you think and work. Depending on the role, you'll walk through a case, discuss real scenarios or talk us through your approach to a problem. You'll also get a better sense of how we collaborate and what it's like to work at Redeploy day-to-day.
Final interview
In the final step, you'll meet one of our managers. The conversation focuses on your goals, how you want to develop and what we expect from the role. You'll also get a full picture of our offer: compensation, benefits and what comes next. The aim is that you leave with no open questions.
Offer & pre-boarding
If it feels right on both sides, we take references and move forward with an offer. Once the contract is signed, we set a start date and kick off pre-boarding. Before day one, we make sure you're set up and we invite you to team activities so you're already part of the team before you walk through the door.
