Cloud Developer – Redeploy Build

Ben is a Cloud Developer focusing on Cloud technology and Automation.

Ben has been in the IT industry for over four years after completing his University education. Although Ben started out as a field technician, working with traditional infrastructure-related tech (such as Linux and Windows Hypervisors, SAN, Datacenter, etc.), he always had a passion for coding and automation.

A couple of years into his career, he noticed that Cloud technologies allowed for automation on a larger scale, so he began to gear up his learning and immersed himself in the world of Infrastructure as Code and DevOps, etc.

For the last 2.5 years, Ben has focused on Azure (migration, implementation, refactoring existing solutions) and, more recently, has become invested in Kubernetes and Cloud-native technologies.

At Redeploy, Ben utilizes all his existing knowledge and gains more practical experience working with creative tech daily.

Main techs: Azure & Azure DevOps, Terraform, Linux, Bash, Python, Golang

  • Ben loves breakfast - Particularly Eggs Benedict.
  • Dislikes repetitive work (a seemingly shared hatred between all of our consultants)
  • And he speaks fluent Dutch
