His entry into the technology field began in his teenage years through web development, a hobby that transitioned into a professional endeavor. This interest led him to acquire skills in system administration and familiarize himself with cloud services such as AWS and Azure, and roles spanning developing greenfield sites, managing IT infrastructure, and enhancing operational software through maintenance and Azure migrations.
Josh was drawn to Redeploy by our culture, which he found to strike the perfect balance between efficiency, high-quality work, and a professional yet humorous environment, often lightened with GIFs.
