What you’ll do
As a Cloud Solution Architect at Redeploy, you’ll work as a consultant, helping clients design, implement and evolve modern cloud platforms. You’ll take the lead in architecting scalable, secure and efficient infrastructure in Azure, and work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to turn strategy into working solutions.
You’ll run workshops, guide architecture decisions and align solutions with business needs. And you’ll stay hands-on throughout the project, building proof of concepts, deploying infrastructure, optimising performance and driving continuous improvement. Projects often cover platform builds, governance, automation, Well-Architected Framework reviews and best practices across cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll grow into
Here, you’ll work on projects where your expertise in cloud infrastructure will make a real difference. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in areas like Kubernetes, cloud security, FinOps or cloud governance. You can also move toward more strategic roles or broaden your impact across clients.

What we’re looking for
You see the bigger picture. You understand how cloud platforms need to support the business and how architecture decisions impact the wider landscape. You bring a solid track record of designing and building cloud infrastructure in Azure and know what’s required to deliver scalable, secure and future-proof solutions.
You’re a hands-on architect who enjoys staying close to the tech, while also guiding teams and stakeholders. You communicate clearly, build trust and take ownership of your work. And like us, you believe that great results come from collaboration, curiosity and high standards, both in how we build and how we work together.
What experiences you bring
- Professional experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure in Azure (AWS or other clouds is a plus)
- Experience leading large-scale projects, ideally with enterprise clients
- A background in engineering or development, with hands-on experience from technical delivery
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, containerisation and automation
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep and Terraform
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Dev(Sec)Ops practices
- A solid understanding of business operations and how to connect tech solutions to business goals
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Experience with any of the following is a bonus:
- Kubernetes, container management (Docker, OpenShift)
- Data and analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Fabric or Power BI
- Developer Experience, cloud optimisation or Machine Learning
- FinOps frameworks or cloud governance

Pre-onboarding
Before your first day, we’ll make sure you’re set up with email, Slack access and everything you need – including a laptop and phone.
You’ll also be invited to join team events and afterworks, so you can start feeling like part of the team even before your official start.
