Analytics Engineer
We usually respond within a week
We’re Redeploy. A tech consultancy built for people who want to grow, make a difference and have a good time doing it.
We design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last.
What sets us apart is the way we work. Curiosity runs deep here, as does the drive to keep learning and sharing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration and high technical standards, and where people genuinely care about doing things well. For our clients. And for each other.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of our Business Solutions competence area, where we help organizations make better decisions by shaping how data is structured, modeled and communicated.
You will work as a consultant, which means working with different companies and contexts over time. Your role spans the full analytics lifecycle: understanding business needs, shaping data and reporting logic, designing semantic models and supporting users in how to work with the insights created. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers and Solution Architects in team-based deliveries.
Examples of the kinds of projects you might work on
- Modernising a customer’s reporting environment into Microsoft Fabric, including building semantic models and curated data sets
- Designing a data model that reflects how a sales or operations process actually works, so the business can trust and use the insights
- Establishing self-service analytics capabilities where teams can explore data safely and consistently without relying on one “BI person”
- Supporting end users in understanding how to interpret dashboards and metrics, and how to apply them in decision-making
The focus is on structure, clarity and adoption. We build solutions that are used, not just delivered. Most importantly, your work will directly influence how organizations turn data into decisions, shaping strategies and outcomes.
What you’ll grow into
You’ll work in a team of specialists who care about the craft. Here, you’ll have the chance to deepen your skills in analytics engineering, data modelling and how to design solutions that hold up over time. Learning happens naturally through collaboration, knowledge sharing and real delivery work.
We support growth through certifications, mentorship and opportunities to lead solution design, and there are different directions for you to go into, for example:
- Becoming stronger in solution and data model architecture
- Taking more ownership in guiding clients and shaping delivery
- Developing toward leadership within the competence area
Growth here is supported and shared. You won’t be expected to drive it alone.
Who we’re looking for
You enjoy the technical side of analytics. You like understanding how data should be structured, how logic should be modelled and how a solution holds together over time. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy translating complexity into clarity.
You collaborate well with others and communicate in a way that makes things easier to understand. You are curious, reflective and comfortable guiding discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You value shared learning and believe good solutions are shaped together, not alone.
If you find energy in solving real problems, building things properly and helping others make sense of data, you’ll fit well here.
What experiences you bring
You have a technical educational background (for example Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering) and experience working in a modern data environment. You are comfortable working hands-on with data modelling and logic, and you communicate clearly in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement. Other than that, you also have:
- Experience with Microsoft data technologies such as Fabric and Azure data services
- Strong SQL skills for modelling and transformation
- Hands-on Power BI experience (data modelling and DAX)
- Understanding of data modelling patterns (dimensional, lakehouse, medallion)
- Familiarity with Git-based collaboration
We welcome diverse perspectives and believe they make our solutions stronger, but we primarily work with the Microsoft Analytics stack and that’s where we’ve built our depth and best practices. If your experience comes from another ecosystem, we’re still open to talking.

Once we get your application, our Talent Team will review it—maybe even check out your LinkedIn—to see if you’re a good fit.
You’ll hear back from us within 14 days (or sooner!).
First point of contact
If it looks like a match, we’ll reach out via email or phone to book a first call.
Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) so you don’t miss us.
TA-Screening
Your first meeting will be a video call with our Talent Team. It's our chance to learn more about you and how your skills fit the role.
We'll also share what life at Redeploy is like and leave time for your questions.
In-depth interview
Next up, you’ll meet the competence lead for the role. Together, you’ll dive deeper into how we work, the kinds of projects you may join and what the day-to-day actually looks like.
It’s also a chance for both sides to explore the match – role, consulting style and team fit – and see if this feels like the right next step.
Skills interview
Here we get a closer look at how you think and work. Depending on the role, you’ll walk through a case, discuss real scenarios or talk us through your approach to challenges.
You’ll also get a feel for how we collaborate at Redeploy and what it’s like to be part of the team.
Final interview
In the final step, you’ll meet one of our consulting managers. This is a chance to talk about your goals, how you want to grow and what we expect from the role. The manager will also walk you through our offer so you get a clear picture of perks, benefits and compensation.
By the end of this step, the aim is that any remaining questions are answered and that you have a solid sense of what joining Redeploy would look like.
Offer & pre-boarding
After the final interview, we make a decision together. If it feels right on both sides, we take references and move forward with an offer. Once everything is in place and the contract is signed, we set a start date and get your pre-boarding going.
Before your first day, we make sure you’re fully set up with the basics you need and we invite you to team activities so you can start feeling part of Redeploy before you even walk through the door.

Let’s break it down. "Redeploy" means to move or rearrange something for a better purpose. When we launched, the term wasn't really a thing in the data/IT world. Now, it's all about taking what's already there and setting it up somewhere better. That's exactly what we do—help our customers spot opportunities and redeploy them into smarter, stronger solutions.
