What you'll do
You design the platforms large Nordic companies run their business on, and you treat them as whole systems: the cloud foundation, the data platform at the centre and the AI solutions they increasingly serve. Every engagement looks different. One client needs a target architecture, another a proof of value that settles a hard choice, a third a platform already in motion that needs direction. The work spans Databricks and Microsoft Fabric on Azure and AWS, and the solution follows the client.
Your role stays the same. You lead discovery with CDOs, CIOs and Heads of AI, set the architecture direction, write the proposal and design, and stay hands-on enough in code and IaC to know when a design only works on paper.
A few engagements our architects are leading right now:
An enterprise data platform on Microsoft Fabric. We own the design authority: Azure landing zone, identity and access model, network isolation to source systems, and Fabric artefacts provisioned as code with Terraform.
Real-time tracking of millions of items. We are building an operational repository for RFID events on Fabric Real-Time Intelligence that reconciles sources into one trusted state per item and feeds downstream systems.
A federated data platform with data products. We are building the whole federated platform: shared governance and publishing, with domains that own and share their data. On top of it we build the first data products, each with a data contract, CI/CD and quality checks.
An enterprise agent platform. We are building a portable platform on Kubernetes that makes deploying AI agents the easy path for every team. It includes a gateway for models, tools and agents, with guardrails, tracing and evaluation built in.

See your decisions hold up. Many of the platforms you design stay with us after go-live. Our run team operates them, so you see how your architecture behaves in production.
Real influence, early. Much of our data and AI offering is still being built, and you help decide what we offer, who we hire and how we win.
Your direction, your call. Go deeper technically and become the person teams turn to with the hardest architecture questions. Or move towards client and practice leadership as we grow.

Who you are
You'd rather take an idea from workshop to production than write a slide about it. You think in systems, keep platforms as simple as the problem allows, and enjoy the client conversation as much as the technical problem. You like building teams and lead by doing the work alongside them. You communicate clearly and own the work from architecture to implementation.
What you bring
Solid hands-on experience with lakehouse architecture on Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, on Azure or AWS
A background in data engineering, with strong Python and Spark skills you still use
Experience as a solution architect or lead consultant in client-facing work, including pre-sales workshops and proposals
Fluent Swedish and English
Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar
Strong plus:
Cloud infrastructure: landing zones, networking, identity and access, Terraform and CI/CD, Kubernetes, FinOps
AI architecture: RAG, agents, AI gateways, guardrails and evaluation, on Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph or similar

In-depth interview
Next, you'll meet the manager for the area. Together, you'll go deeper into how we work, what kind of assignments you'd be involved in and what the day-to-day actually looks like. It's also a chance for both sides to assess the match: background, way of working and team fit.
Skills interview
This is where we look more closely at how you think and work. Depending on the role, you'll walk through a case, discuss real scenarios or talk us through your approach to a problem. You'll also get a better sense of how we collaborate and what it's like to work at Redeploy day-to-day.
Final interview
In the final step, you'll meet one of our managers. The conversation focuses on your goals, how you want to develop and what we expect from the role. You'll also get a full picture of our offer: compensation, benefits and what comes next. The aim is that you leave with no open questions.
Offer & pre-boarding
If it feels right on both sides, we take references and move forward with an offer. Once the contract is signed, we set a start date and kick off pre-boarding. Before day one, we make sure you're set up and we invite you to team activities so you're already part of the team before you walk through the door.
