We’ll dive deeper into the role, talk about what it’s like to work here, and explore how your skills and ambitions align with the position and team.

Technical interview
This is your chance to show your skills. Depending on the role, you’ll either have a technical discussion with the team, prepare and present a case, or complete a short coding task.
We’re curious to see how you think, collaborate and solve problems – and we’ll give you a feel for life at Redeploy.
Offer and sign ✓
If we’re all aligned, we’ll book a call to walk through the offer together and answer any questions you might have.
Once everything feels right, we’ll set a start date, send over the contract – and welcome you to the team!
Pre-onboarding
Before your first day, we’ll make sure you’re set up with email, Slack access and everything you need – including a laptop and phone.
You’ll also be invited to join team events and afterworks, so you can start feeling like part of the team even before your official start.
