Business Intelligence Developer
We usually respond within a week
Looking for a place where you can challenge yourself, build real solutions and have a good time doing it?
At Redeploy, we design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last.
What sets us apart is the way we work. Curiosity runs deep here, as does the drive to keep learning and sharing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration and high technical standards, and where people genuinely care about doing things well. For our clients. And for each other.
What you’ll do
As a Business Intelligence Developer at Redeploy, you’ll work as a consultant, helping clients unlock the full value of their data through modern BI solutions. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and data engineers to design and build intuitive, scalable solutions that turn data into real insight and better decisions.
Your work will span the full BI lifecycle. Some days, you’ll be running workshops and shaping requirements. Other days, you’ll be building data models, creating integrations or designing dashboards that truly support the client’s business needs. Projects vary across industries and challenges, giving you the chance to continuously broaden your skills.
This is a hands-on role focused on building modern data and BI platforms. The work centers around data modelling, integrations and platform development, rather than pure analysis or reporting. If you come from an analyst background and want to move closer to development, this could also be a great opportunity.
What you’ll grow into
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your BI expertise, broaden your technical skills or explore new areas such as modern data platforms, cloud architecture or leadership within BI. Whether you want to move toward architect, lead or specialist roles, we’ll support your journey.
You’ll be part of a strong internal data and cloud community where learning happens naturally, through collaboration, knowledge-sharing and hands-on experience. Our close partnerships with Microsoft, AWS and Databricks keep us on the pulse of the latest technology, and we stay connected to the wider industry through both hosting and attending meetups and events.
What we’re looking for
You know how to turn data into real business value. You’ve built BI solutions that make an impact and you’re used to working closely with stakeholders, helping them shape requirements and guiding them toward the right solutions.
At Redeploy, we look for people who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly and collaborate with others. You enjoy solving problems, challenging ideas when needed and sharing your knowledge. And just like us, you care about doing things well - both technically and as a team mate.

Let’s break it down. "Redeploy" means to move or rearrange something for a better purpose. When we launched, the term wasn't really a thing in the data/IT world. Now, it's all about taking what's already there and setting it up somewhere better. That's exactly what we do—help our customers spot opportunities and redeploy them into smarter, stronger solutions.
