What you’ll do
As an Fullstack AI Developer, you’ll join our AI Engineering team, working alongside Oskar, Oskar and Cong - the trio leading some of our most advanced AI deliveries. You’ll build fullstack solutions that integrate with AI services to solve real-world business challenges. This is not a model development role. Your focus will be on turning powerful AI capabilities into seamless web-based applications that deliver real value to users.
You’ll work in project-based teams together with cloud, data and AI specialists, building everything from frontend interfaces to backend services that connect AI tools with business data and systems, often in Azure or AWS environments.
Examples of what you might build:
- Connect data and AI cloud platforms to marketing automation systems
- Building internal tools for clients, enabling their staff to query their own company data using natural language in Microsoft Teams.
- Web apps that present personalised content based on customer data and AI recommendation

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who not only enjoys building smart, scalable applications but also thrives in a collaborative and client-facing environment. As a consultant, you’re curious, communicative and comfortable adapting to different contexts and challenges. You take ownership of your work, are structured in your approach and always aim to deliver high-quality solutions.
You’re a strong developer with a solid technical foundation, and ideally you’ve worked on applications that integrate AI in some way. If not, you’re at least genuinely curious about the possibilities AI brings and keen to explore how it can be used to create real business value.
What experiences you bring
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- 3+ years of experience in modern application or product development
- Proven experience building fullstack solutions with real-world integrations
- Comfortable working with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python and SQL
- Experience deploying to cloud environments like Azure or AWS
- Familiar with containerization (Docker) and microservices
- Used to working with CI/CD and Git-based workflows
- Fluency in English, and preferably Swedish, as many of our clients are Swedish-speaking
- Bonus if you’ve worked with services like Azure OpenAI, Databricks or LLM services
You don’t need a background in AI, but a genuine interest in learning how to apply it in real-world use cases will take you far here.

Offer and sign ✓
If we’re all aligned, we’ll book a call to walk through the offer together and answer any questions you might have.

Pre-onboarding
Before your first day, we’ll make sure you’re set up with email, Slack access and everything you need – including a laptop and phone.
You’ll also be invited to join team events and afterworks, so you can start feeling like part of the team even before your official start.
