The Candidate Journey

Scroll down for a walk through the steps to becoming a candidate (and maybe even a valued team member, if we're lucky!) at Redeploy.

1. Application

Visit our career site for open roles that fit your skills. Found one? Just hit 'Apply now.'

We've kept it simple while getting the info we need. Looking forward to hearing from you!

2. (Connect)

When you apply, you can 'Connect' with us to get updates on future openings in your area—so you'll be the first to know when a new role pops up!

You can connect even if you're not applying for a job and still stay in the loop!

3. Screening

Once we get your application, our Talent Team will review it—maybe even check out your LinkedIn—to see if you’re a good fit.

You’ll hear back from us within 14 days (or sooner!).

4. First point of contact

If we see a good fit, we’ll email you—just check your spam folder so you don’t miss us!

5. First interview (video): 30-45 mins

Your first interview will be a video call with our Talent Team. It's our chance to learn more about you and how your skills fit the role.

We'll also share what life at Redeploy is like and leave time for your questions.

6. Second interview (video/onsite): 1 h

In the second interview, you’ll meet the manager or team lead to dive deeper into your fit for the role and team.

We’ll share more about the tasks and focus on the key skills and qualities we’re looking for.

7. Third interview (video/onsite): 1 h

If all goes well, we’ll arrange a third meeting with team members for the role you’re applying for.

This is to explore the tech in more detail and give you a glimpse of a day in the life of a “Redeployee.” While technical skills matter, passion and drive are what we value most!

8. Offer and sign ✓

If all goes well, our hiring team will discuss and potentially send a job offer.

Once it works for both sides, just sign, resign (if you’re currently employed), and get ready to start your career at Redeploy!

9. Pre-onboarding

We’ll set you up on email, Slack, or Discord early, so you feel like part of the team before your start date. Plus, you’ll be invited to all the events—no one misses out on the fun!
